5 Saturdays – Empathy and Understanding
In our time together, we will discuss the need for empathy and understanding to enable you to lead the 5 Saturdays workshops and connect with students and facilitators.
Our recommendation is to meet people where they are. Although you may have great hope for them to be in another experience, begin with connecting in the space that you encounter each person or group of individuals.
The 5 Saturdays Empathy and Understanding workshop provides an overview of where the facilitators mindfulness should hover.

- Empathetic listening
- Understanding differences
