Humans Being Human Episode 4: Humans’ Spiritual Identity and Relationship

Hello and welcome to the KnolShare with Dr. Dave podcast. I am Dave A. Cornelius, affectionately known as Dr. Dave.

In this episode of Humans Being Human, Dr. Dave Cornelius invites listeners to explore one of the most intimate and profound aspects of the human experience: our spiritual identity and relational connectedness. In a world driven by speed, performance, and material measures of success, this conversation pauses to examine the inner landscape that shapes our sense of purpose, belonging, and transcendence.

Through personal stories, philosophical reflections, and spiritual insights, this episode uncovers how diverse beliefs, practices, and moments of divine or transcendent connection inform our identities. Whether through organized religion, indigenous wisdom, personal rituals, or a sense of connection with nature and others, we examine how spiritual identity acts as a compass guiding individuals through life’s triumphs, traumas, and transitions.
