Abstract

It seems that Agile is the way of the world–but that popularity hasn’t been without its problems. Companies spend a lot of time and money on agile transformations, and leaders worry they’re not getting the results that they should. Why are investments in Agile not delivering the full benefits promised?

Noreen Emanuel

Noreen Emanuel brings empathy to professional relationships and lights up a room with her positive energy. She has worked at American Airlines for 20 years and changed roles successfully many times; currently she is an agile coach within the Customer Technology organization. An avid learner, Noreen embraces new ideas and adapts to change; her servant leadership inspires those around her to do the same.

Allison Pollard

Allison Pollard helps people discover their agile instincts and develop their coaching abilities. As an agile coach with Improving in Dallas, Allison enjoys mentoring others to become great Scrum Masters and fostering communities that provide sustainability for agile transformations. In her experience, applying agile methods improves delivery, strengthens relationships, and builds trust between business and IT.
